1. Only eggs of the quality standard designated Grade "AA", Grade "A", Grade "B", or Grade "C", shall be sold to any consumer by any person. 2. Inedible eggs shall not be bought, sold or trafficked in and any inedible eggs found in the hands of any person are declared to be contraband and shall be destroyed as contraband. The director, by regulation, may permit the sale and use of denatured inedible eggs for purposes other than human food.
