The state auditor shall have the authority to conduct performance and fiscal audits of any board, dispatch center, joint emergency communications entity, or trust fund established under section 190.327 , 190.328 , 190.329 , 190.335 , 190.420 , 190.455 , 190.460 , 190.465 , 190.470 , or 650.325 .
