The state board of education shall: (1) Cooperate with the federal board for vocational education in the administration of the provisions of the act, approved June 2, 1920, and amendments thereto; (2) Prescribe and provide the courses of vocational training that are necessary for the vocational rehabilitation of persons disabled in industry or otherwise; (3) Provide for the supervision of the training and appoint the assistants necessary to administer the act, and fix their compensation; (4) Direct the disbursement and administer the use of all funds provided by the federal government and allotted for the vocational rehabilitation of such persons.
