Missouri Code § 167.022

Request for records, placed pupils.

Consistent with the provisions of section 167.020 , within forty-eight hours of enrolling a nonresident pupil placed pursuant to sections 210.481 to 210.536 , the school official enrolling a pupil, including any special education pupil, shall request those records required by district policy for student transfer, discipline records required by subsection 9 of section 160.261 , and records of any behavioral threat assessments and personal safety plans of the pupil created by the local education agency if the student is currently subject to an active personal safety plan or has been subject to a personal safety plan in the previous twelve months from all schools and other facilities previously attended by the pupil and from other state agencies as enumerated in section 210.518 and any entities involved with the placement of the student within the last twenty-four months. Any request for records under this section shall include, if applicable to the student, any records relating to an act of violence as defined under subsection 7 * of section 160.262 .
