Annual report of the board.

The board of education shall, as soon as practicable after the close of each school year, cause to be printed and published a report of the condition of the public schools under its charge, and of all the property under its control, with a full and accurate account of all the receipts and expenditures of the board during the preceding year, and of the condition of all investments.
