Missouri Code § 144.745

Violation not having a specific penalty deemed a misdemeanor.

Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 144.600 to 144.745 for which no criminal penalty is otherwise provided, upon conviction thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
