1. The collector, any party, or anyone on behalf of any disabled person as defined in chapter 475 may appeal from the judgment of foreclosure. Such appeal must be taken within twenty days after the date of such judgment. 2. The collector, any taxing authority and anyone appealing on behalf of a disabled person may appeal without giving bond. The appeal of no other party shall be allowed unless such party gives a bond which shall be approved by the court. Such bond shall be in a penal sum to be fixed by the court and shall be conditioned that the appellant will prosecute his appeal with effect and without delay and that he will make good all damages and costs incurred by the appeal, including costs incurred by any party in printing briefs on appeal.
