For the purposes of sections 105.600 to 105.650 the following words and phrases have the meanings ascribed to them in this section: (1) "Receiving agency" , any department or agency of the federal government or a state government which receives an employee of another government under sections 105.600 to 105.650 ; (2) "Sending agency" , any department or agency of the federal government or a state government which sends any employee thereof to another government agency under sections 105.600 to 105.650 .
