As used in sections 105.1100 to 105.1116 , the following terms shall mean: (1) "Public employee" , any person employed on a full-time, part-time, temporary or intermittent basis by a public employer as defined in this section; (2) "Public employer" , any employee of the executive branch of Missouri state government; (3) "Public employment" , employment by any public employer as defined in this section.
