Justices of the peace not to suspend sentences

It shall be unlawful for any justice of the peace, with or without condition, to suspend any sentence lawfully imposed under Chapter 31 of Title 97, Mississippi Code of 1972, or this chapter. Codes, 1930, § 2020; 1942, § 2659; Laws, 1922, ch. 210; Laws, 1950, ch. 348.
