A designated beneficiary may disclaim all or part of the designated beneficiary's interest as provided by the Mississippi Uniform Disclaimer of Property Interests Act (2002/2010), Title 89, Chapter 22, Mississippi Code of 1972. Added by Laws, 2020, ch. 406, SB 2851,§ 16, eff. 7/1/2020.
