Time for transfer of custodial property to minor or minor's estate

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (a) The minor's attainment of eighteen (18) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 91-20-9 or 91-20-11 ; (b) The minor's attainment of eighteen (18) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 91-20-13 or 91-20-15 ; or (c) The minor's death.
