(1) It shall be a ground for removal from the advisory council if a member: (a) Does not have at the time of appointment the qualifications required for appointment to the advisory council; (b) Does not maintain during service on the advisory council the qualifications required for appointment to the council; (c) Violates a prohibition established by this chapter; or (d) Fails to attend advisory council meetings for the period of one (1) year. (2) If a ground for removal of a member from the council exists, the advisory council's actions taken during the existence of the ground for removal shall be valid.
