Sales authorized by permit; expiration of permit; annual renewal; temporary permits; contents of permit

(1) Any permit issued authorizing the sale or delivery of light wines, light spirit products and/or beer for consumption shall be construed to authorize the sale or delivery of light wines, light spirit products and/or beer by the bottle, by the glass or by draught, and in or from the original package. (2) The commissioner is authorized to establish, in his discretion, dates for the expiration of permits issued under this chapter. (3) Except as otherwise provided in this section, permits shall be issued for twelve (12) months and shall be renewed annually on the first day of the month in which the permit expires. The commissioner may issue temporary permits for less than a full year. All permits shall show the effective date and expiration date of the permit, the business location, individual or business name and mailing address of the permittee.
