(1) Every native distillery in the State of Mississippi shall apply for a permit as provided for in Section 67-1-51 and shall be issued said initial and renewal permit by the department upon meeting the qualifications and requirements set forth by law or regulation for permits authorized by Section 67-1-51 . (2) Every native distillery shall register with the Secretary of State, shall show the location and permit number of the distillery, shall show the name and address of the producer owning, conducting or operating the distillery, shall show the name and address of all local agents and such other pertinent information which may be required by the Secretary of State, and shall appoint an agent for service of process within the State of Mississippi.
