No member of the Legislature, elected official or appointed official, or any partner or associate of any member of the Legislature, elected official or appointed official, or member of their family, shall derive any income or thing of value from the restructuring of any investments held in the investment account established pursuant to Section 4(c) of Chapter 39, Extraordinary Session of 1969, as amended, and relating to the State's Highway Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1985. Laws, 1988, ch. 449, § 3, eff. 4/25/1988.
