Mississippi Code § 65-33-71

Full authority and powers conferred

The provisions of Sections 65-33-61 through 65-33-71, without reference to any other statute, shall be deemed full and complete authority for the issuance of refunding bonds as therein provided; and all powers necessary to be exercised by the board of supervisors of such counties, in order to carry out the provisions of said sections, are hereby conferred. Codes, 1942, § 8518-06; Laws, 1944, ch. 202, § 6.
