Preliminary expenses to be paid out of general fund

All expenses incurred prior to the issuance and sale of bonds as hereinabove provided may be paid out of the general county fund or such other fund as the board of supervisors may select. The fund out of which such expense is paid shall be reimbursed out of the proceeds of such bond issue when the bonds are issued and sold. Codes, 1930, § 6925; 1942, § 8509; Laws, 1924, ch. 319.
