(1) The state hospitality station constructed and located in Vicksburg, Warren County, Mississippi, on the Mississippi River at 4210 Washington Street, is designated and shall be known as the "Commissioner Dick Hall Hospitality Station." (2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable signs at and approaching the hospitality station, reflecting its name, and may place a plaque at the rest area describing Dick Hall's public service.
