Disbursement of road fund

The county auditor shall have prepared proper warrants for the disbursement of district road funds and shall issue such warrants when properly authorized by ordinance of the board of supervisors. All the costs and expenses of organizing such road district and of constructing, maintaining, and working the highways, roads, bridges, and culverts, except county bridges maintained by the county, shall be paid out of such fund.
