Bond of members of port or harbor agency

Each member of a port or harbor agency shall give a good and sufficient bond in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) conditioned for the faithful performance of the duties of his office. This shall be effective only upon consummation of an agreement to issue bonds as hereinabove set forth. Codes, 1942, § 7564-08; Laws, 1958, ch. 365, § 8; Laws, 1960, ch. 342, § 2; ch. 347.
