The provisions of this act are cumulative of other statutes now or hereafter enacted relating to the authority, and the authority may exercise all presently held powers in the furtherance of this act. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or any part of the provisions of this act is declared to be unconstitutional or void, or for any reason is declared to be invalid or of no effect, the remaining sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases shall in no manner be affected thereby but shall remain in full force and effect.
