Membership of commission

The Governor or his designee and a member of the Mississippi Radiation Advisory Council, established by Section 45-14-7 , Mississippi Code of 1972, to be designated by the Governor, shall be the Mississippi members of the Southeast Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Commission.
