Refusing to monitor or producing false or inaccurate readings

It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to refuse to attach or install a monitor within a reasonable period of time when ordered to do so by the board, or in any way to tamper with the monitors so as to produce a false or inaccurate reading. Laws, 2011, ch. 437, § 15, eff. 3/23/2011.
