For the purposes of this chapter, the following words are defined as follows: (a) "Commission" means the Mississippi Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks. (b) "Department" means the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks. (c) "Executive director" means the chief officer of the department. (d) "Motor vehicle" means passenger automobiles, trucks, heavy trucks, tractors, graders, other heavy motor-driven equipment, and all-terrain vehicles.
