For the purposes of this chapter, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed herein, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) "Department" means the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks. (b) "Commission" means the Mississippi Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks. (c) "Executive director" means the chief officer of the department.
