Packaging and labeling for transferred quail carcasses

The carcasses of dressed pen-raised quail shall, when sold or given as a gift, be contained in a package or wrapper possessing, in plain easy-to-read print, the licensed seller's or donor's name, name of quail business (if used) and address.
