Wherever used in this chapter, or in any other statute, or rule or regulation affecting the former State Game and Fish Commission and any of its functions or duties: (a) "Commission" means the Mississippi Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks. (b) "Department" means the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks. (c) "Director" means the Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.
