This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Mississippi Fire Safety Standard and Firefighter Protection Act." Laws, 2009, ch. 473, § 1, eff. 7/1/2010. See § 45-12-21 , which states, "This chapter shall be repealed if a federal reduced cigarette ignition propensity standard is adopted and becomes effective."
