This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Jimmy Kaigler Alzheimer's Support Act." James Street "Jimmy" Kaigler was born and raised in Clarksdale, Mississippi, and was a graduate of the University of Mississippi. Kaigler served as a Captain in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1972. Following his tour in Vietnam, Captain Kaigler was awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service. Kaigler later worked as President and CEO of Memorial Hospital in Gulfport.
