Application for assistance

Application for assistance under this chapter shall be made to the county welfare agent of the county in which the applicant resides. The application shall be made in writing or reduced to writing in the manner and upon the form prescribed by the state department. Such application shall contain such information as may be prescribed by the state department. Codes, 1942, § 7273; Laws, 1942, ch. 282, § 4.
