Recovery from the estate of recipient for false representation

On the death of any recipient double the total amount of assistance paid to such recipient under this chapter shall be allowed as a claim against the estate of such person if it be found that such recipient has obtained funds by false representation. Codes, 1942, § 7280; Laws, 1942, ch. 282, § 11.
