As used in Article VII of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, the term "executive head" means the governor of the State of Mississippi. The Governor of the State of Mississippi is hereby authorized to appoint a compact administrator in accordance with the terms of said Article VII. Laws, 1976, ch. 428, § 9, eff. 5/6/1976. As used in Article VII of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, the term "executive head" means the governor of the State of Mississippi.
