The county departments shall: (a) Administer the provisions of this chapter relating to the TANF program in the respective counties subject to the rules and regulations prescribed by the state department pursuant to the provisions of this chapter; (b) Report to the state department at such times and in such manner and form as the state department may from time to time direct.
