(1) A hospice program shall have a clearly defined organized governing body that has autonomous authority for the conduct of the hospice program. This body is not required to meet more often than quarterly. (2) The hospice program shall have a director, administrator or manager who shall be responsible for the overall coordination and administration of the hospice program.
