Charge against person treated and his estate

Reasonable charges and expenses for the care, maintenance and treatment of alcoholics in any approved public treatment facility under any provision of this chapter shall be a lawful charge against the person and estate of said alcoholic. Laws, 1974, ch. 562, § 12(1), eff. 7/1/1974.
