(1) The licensing agency may deny, revoke, and suspend a license and impose an administrative fine as provided in Section 41-125-15 for the violation of any provision of this chapter, or applicable rules. (2) Any of the following actions by a PPEC center or its employee is grounds for action by the licensing agency against a PPEC center or its employee: (a) An intentional or negligent act materially affecting the health or safety of children in the PPEC center. (b) A violation of the provisions of this chapter, or applicable rules. (c) Multiple and repeated violations of this chapter or of minimum standards or rules adopted under this chapter.
