Mississippi Code § 37-51-11

Eligibility for loans

In addition to the requirements set out in Section 37-51-7 , to be eligible for a loan an applicant must: (a) Be a bona fide actual resident of the State of Mississippi; and (b) Attend any bona fide approved nonfree elementary or secondary school.
