Penalties for violations of chapter

Except as may otherwise be provided in this chapter, any person willfully violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by imprisonment not to exceed twelve (12) months in the county jail, or by both, in the discretion of the court.
