(1) The following are the purposes of a charter application: (a) To present the proposed charter school's academic and operational vision and plans; (b) To demonstrate the applicant's capacities to execute the proposed vision and plans; and (c) To provide the authorizer a clear basis for assessing the applicant's plans and capacities. (2) An approved charter application may not serve as the school's charter contract. Added by Laws, 2013, ch. 497, HB 369, 9, eff. 7/1/2013.
