Maintenance of continuing census

In addition to the cumulative records provided for in Section 37-15-1 , there shall be kept a continuing census of all children below the age of nineteen within each school district. Such record shall be kept as a part of the permanent office records of the superintendent of the district. Codes, 1942, § 6225-04; Laws, 1953, Ex Sess, ch. 24, § 4, eff. 7/1/1954.
