Mississippi Rural Dentists Scholarship Program established

There is established the Mississippi Rural Dentists Scholarship Program for the purpose of identifying and recruiting qualified university and college students for dental school matriculation. Such program shall be known and may be cited as the Dr. G. Norris Howell Rural Dentists Scholarship Program. The program shall consist of three (3) distinct phases through which participants will progress, including: (a) Undergraduate pre-dental education; (b) Dental school and residency; and (c) Initial entry into dental practice in a rural or underserved area of the State of Mississippi.
