Audit of department

The Commissioner of Revenue may forthwith have prepared a complete audit and survey of the books, records, accounts, operations and affairs of the Department of Revenue to the end of obtaining a comprehensive outline of the conditions thereof, and of securing a more economical administration of the business, duties and operations of the department.
