Inconsistent statutes repealed

In the event a municipality adopts the mayor-council form of government as hereinabove set out, all statutes in conflict with the provisions of such form of government as set out in this chapter are hereby repealed. Laws, 1973, ch. 328, § 22, eff. 1/1/1974.
