Appeal by aggrieved persons

Any person aggrieved by a municipal ordinance adopted under this chapter may appeal to the circuit court of the county in which the principal office of the municipality is located in the manner provided for appeals of judgments or decisions of municipal authorities as set forth in Section 11-51-75 , Mississippi Code of 1972. Laws, 1999, ch. 308, § 6, eff. 3/8/1999.
