Issuance of writ of sequestration

When a bill is filed in the chancery court in reference to personal property, and affidavit and bond as required therefor is made and filed, the clerk of the court shall issue a writ of sequestration. Codes, 1880, § 1854; 1892, § 511; 1906, § 562; Hemingway's 1917, § 322; 1930, § 408; 1942, § 1328.
