Form of a claimant's affidavit

A claimant's affidavit may be in the following form, viz.: State of Mississippi, ____________________ County: "Before me, ____________________, a justice of the peace of said county, ____________________ makes oath that a certain ____________________ [here describe the property], levied on by virtue of an execution in favor of ____________________ against ____________________, issued by ____________________, a justice of the peace of said county, on the ____________________ day of ____________________, A. D. ____________________, and now in the hands of ____________________, a ____________________ of ____________________ county, under said execution, is the property of affiant, and is not the property of ____________________. "Sworn to and subscribed before me, ____________________, A. D. ____________________ ____________________, J. P."
