PUBLIC EDUCATION CAMPAIGN.

The attorney general, in consultation with the commissioner of children, youth, and families, may establish a public service campaign designed to educate the public about the necessity of the payment of child support to the well-being of the state's children and taxpayers. The commissioner shall enter into a contract with the attorney general pursuant to Laws 1994, chapter 630, article 11, section 24, subdivision 2, for implementation of the campaign. The campaign may include public service announcements for broadcast through television, radio, and billboard media.
