Minnesota Code § 631.22

JURY CHALLENGES.

A challenge is an objection made to a trial jury, and is of two kinds:
(1) to the panel; and
(2) to an individual juror.
When several defendants are tried together, they cannot sever the challenge, but shall join in making the challenge.
