Whoever does any of the following is guilty of a misdemeanor: (1) sends or delivers to another any document which simulates a summons, complaint, or court process with intent thereby to induce payment of a claim; or (2) prints, distributes, or offers for sale any such document knowing or intending that it shall be so used. This section does not prohibit the printing, distribution or sale of blank forms of legal documents for use in judicial proceedings.
